I’m a wife, mom of two, a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurse and internationally board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) with a heart for helping families thrive during one of the most exciting—and overwhelming times of life: bringing home a newborn.
Through both my personal journey as a mom and my professional experience caring for first-time parents in the NICU, I’ve seen how much room there is for better preparation and support.
That’s why I’m passionate about equipping families with the tools, confidence, and guidance they need right from the start.

At the moment we are offering Baby Basics classes in a variety of settings, including private in-home classes, private group classes held in the customers home and even public group classes held in my South Temecula home. We have also just added lactation consulting services including breast pump flange fitting, full pumping overview to optimize milk production and extended lactation support.
